Who is Chef Monique
My name is Monique du Plessis and I am currently a chef in training studying at the Chef Training and Innovation Accademy (CTIA) in Stellenbosch. I am also a keen part time home baker and innovator and love creating new delicious items.
I have worked in the Lanzerac Hotel in Stellenbosch and now recently in the Sharkbay Hotel in Langebaan working as both culinary and pattesiry chef.
I am currently located Hopefield on the West Coast and is keen to provide you with some delicious delicacies for the perfect tea or snack times.
